Mr Ojo and his wife were happily married, with a son named Peter. Peter was a good and intelligent boy, he was always happy although his friend make jest of him that he is from a poor family. He woke up early every morning, wash the dishes, sweep the compound and hawk Ogi (Pap) before going to school every day. It was the begining of a new session of the school and peter will be writing his entrance examination but he hasn't register for the examination and the registration will be closing soon. Peter inform his parent so they went to the money lender of their village and he lend them five thousand naira which is the examination fee and they will be paying and interest of five hundred naira. And if they didn't repay him at the appointed time they will have to work on his farm for three month without any wages.
